Faxing does not have to mean a person opening a dashboard. Send FAX Mail gives developers three honest building blocks. A REST API at /v1/faxes sends a document and reports its status, authenticated with a bearer key and made safe to retry with an Idempotency-Key. Outbound webhooks push a signed event to your server the moment a fax is delivered, fails, or arrives, so you stop polling and start reacting. And because both are plain HTTP, automation tools like Zapier, Make, and n8n can call the API and catch our events without a single line of hosted code — there is no native app to install, just standard webhook and HTTP steps pointed at our endpoints. Use these to trigger a fax from a CRM record, a closed invoice, or a signed contract, then record the result automatically.
